“In May 2015 I started to get back into regular exercise and looking at what I was eating, as well as making a number of little (but significant) changes.
I started attending Maidstone Bootcamp in September 2015 at which point I was getting fitter and had lost about 2 stone… now here we are at the beginning of October 2016 and my current weight loss overall is 5 stone 4 pounds!! And in the last 18 months I have gone from a size 22 trouser to a size 14!!
From my first session at Sandling Maidstone Bootcamp I was made very welcome (although lagging behind at the back) but came to look at each session as being ‘my hour of exercise’ to improve what I could achieve WITH the support of all the other class members, of varying abilities, who were making the best of ‘their hour’ as well. Personally I have found that, rather than trying to manage my own work out, I have achieved so much more following Tracy’s direction and balanced workouts.”
